Small and Large Purchases
The Procurement Department requests solicitations for large & small purchases from qualified suppliers and providers in a friendly and competitive manner. Purchases are divided into three (3) categories: office and maintenance supplies, business goods and services, building and office equipment.
Bid solicitations are also requested from qualified contractors in a fair and competitive manner. Potential contractors may submit a bidder's list application to be placed on the HADC Approved Bidders List. Include a copy of your business license, insurance coverage and Georgia Contractors License and mail to:

Awards for Purchases
Purchases are awarded to the Contractor with the most reasonable price, highest quality and/or the most reputable and timely services.
