Invitations For BidThe procurement process includes the development, advertisement and coordination of Requests for Proposals for construction and landscape services, property maintenance and professional services. RFPs are divided into three (3) categories: construction, non-construction and professional services. The selection criteria are based on the most qualified bidder at the lowest reasonable price in accordance to the Scope of Work and General Specifications and/or based on a 100 point system. To be eligible to submit a proposal, the firm must submit written evidence that it fulfills the eligibility criteria specified in each individual Request for Bid. ContractsContracts are awarded to the most qualified bidder with the specified expertise and knowledge, previous successful experience, efficient scheduling, staffing and services at a comparable price. |
