HADC Divisions

The Asset Management Department oversees the development and management of Public and Affordable Housing units.

The Housing Choice Voucher Department, formerly Section 8, locally administers the housing assistance program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The Public Affairs Department facilitates the distribution of information regarding Housing Authority programs, initiatives, and partnerships to our residents and the surrounding DeKalb County Community.

The Construction Services Department oversees new construction projects and administers the Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program which utilizes numerous contractors who perform rehab on individual homes.

The Human Resources Department is charged with ensuring that the Agency provides the best benefits and compensation package to retain and attract quality employees.

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial activities of the Authority.

The Information Technology Department implements and maintains the technology used daily to assist our clients, residents, and community in the most efficient manner.
