Welcome to the Housing Authority of Dekalb County (HADC), Georgia's website.

As Executive Director, I know I speak for all of our dedicated, loyal and professional employees and our Board of Commissioners as I proudly inform you about our great organization and the ideals for which we stand. I am truly honored that you decided to enter our website. I hope you will find our site informative, educational, and helpful.

HADC has been providing quality and affordable housing to the citizens of DeKalb County, Georgia since 1955. HADC enjoys a rich history of being committed to outstanding service, transparency, and operating a financially sound organization. Those are the qualities that are the driving force that make this organization one of the leading housing authorities in the country.

HADC operates a number of housing programs and partnership initiatives to further expand housing opportunities for low-to-moderate income families in DeKalb County. I am proud to be leading HADC, particularly at such an important time in its growth and development and with so many challenges in our industry today. HADC will work as a team to anticipate and overcome the challenges of the ever changing affordable housing market.

We are pleased with our progress in expanding, building, and creating new affordable housing in DeKalb County. HADC remains financially strong and flexible, with a great future. Our agency is focused on meeting the demands and challenges of today's affordable housing industry. Our commitment is, and always has been, to make a real difference in the success of the lives of those we serve.
