Asset Management

The Asset Management Department oversees the development and management of HADC's Public and Affordable Housing units.

HADC presently owns and operates 698 units of public housing: 498 units at Johnson Ferry East and 200 units at Tobie Grant Manor.

HADC presently owns and operates 698 units of affordable housing rental: 380 units at Spring Chase, 81 units at Spring Chase II, 10 units at Spring Terrace, 16 units at White Oak Crossing and 28 individual units located throughout the county.
